Property Revaluation Information
Property owners in Phippsburg should have
received a property revaluation mailing during the week of July 12th from
William E. Van Tuinen Tax Assessment Services. This mailing contained an
information letter, preliminary property assessments, and proposed taxes for
FY 2011 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011). If
a property owner did not receive this mailing please contact the Town Office
